Delivery, Set-up and Pick-up services are available.  Call for details.

DEPOSITS are required on some rental items.  Refundable deposits will be mailed, after items are dropped-off or picked-up and inspected.

CATERING DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS. 

REFUNDS for catering cancelations must be submited in writing a minimum of 30 business days prior to date of event  or risk forfiture.  Email cancelation requests to : mailto:info@buckeyebbqcompany.com. It is up to Management to issue refunds based on timelyness of request and circumstances involved.

PAYMENTS are made in full when you pick-up items or they are delivered to you.  You may also pay in advance through our website.

OVERDUE RENTALS will be charged the full daily rate for each day overdue.

LONGTERM RENTALS must be established prior to rental.

*DAMAGED AND MISSING ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED TO THE RENTER.

* Tax will be collected on ALL rentals at the local tax rate at which party is located.
